Services offered:

Contract Recruiting - We act as an extension of your team and review inbound applicants, conduct initial interviews, provide compensation guidance and help facilitate the interview process with your team. (Ideal for early stage companies that have not yet built an internal recruiting function). This is an hourly arrangement.

Contingent Recruiting - We will understand the ideal candidate profile and conduct specialized searches to thoroughly vet and qualify candidates. We aim to to ensure clients are connected with top matches that fit their budget. Customers incur a placement fee only when a successful placement occurs.

Contained Recruiting - Contained search strikes a balance between the exclusivity of retained search and the flexibility of contingent search. This model finds its sweet spot for more senior level roles such as Sales Manager, Director of Sales and VP of Sales—situations where a contingent search makes sense, but a financial commitment is desired before ALH Search embarks on a comprehensive search while prioritizing hiring for this position.
